Retabolil is the brand name of a Hungarian-manufactured Nandrolone Decanoate, probably the most widely-used injectable anabolic steroid in bodybuilding.
The average medical dosage is 50mg (one ampule) per 3-4 weeks, however in the bodybuilding world 200-400mg per week is the norm. Because for me Retabolil is both harder to find and more expensive than Omnadren I am using only one ampule (50mg) per week as a supplement to my main testosterone-based cycle.

Your dosage is way too low man.
Yes, you are right. In fact I increased it to 100mg/week, which is probably still somewhat low, but I am also taking 500mg Omnadren (the same as Sustanon) per week.
