Andractim - 2 Tubes To Go

This stuff is rather expensive and runs out faster than I thought initially. Of the 4 tubes I bought, only two are left now. I will of course finish them too, but I am doubtful if I will be able to continue with it for much longer. Well maybe, if it has some very noticeable effect at the end, but currently do not see any amazing results.

DHT Gel

I have been using the topical DHT gel for about two weeks now, but actually do not have much to say. I feel a little more horny than usual, but definitely the effect is lower compared to what the testosterone did to me. Some people report increased aggression, well maybe there is something to it, but again even the injectable steroids could not make me experience the infamous "rage".
I am applying the prescribed dose of the gel twice a day. I put most of it on my chest (if you read this blog you should know that my aim is to become hairy), but I also rub a little on my dick, hoping to get some of the enlargement effect people have been talking about.
Overall I feel that the testosterone shots probably produced more DHT in my body as the effects of the gel seem to be very mild. It could also be a question of dosage; after all I used a higher dose of testosterone than the normal and now I stick to the prescription recommendations for the DHT gel.
I can only hope that because of the targeted topical action of the gel the effects will be more visible at the end.

Topical DHT Gel

A few days ago I ordered two tubes of Adractim topical DHT gel online.
Here is some information about the gel from the web:

Andractim is a topical DTH (dihydrotestosterone) gel, which comes in a 80 g tube, containing 80x 25mg doses of DHT. Made by Laboratories Besins-Iscovesco in France, Andractim is commonly used to treat gynecomastia and male menopause.

Actually for most of the male body systems (brain, skin, genitals) the hormone which regulates the androgenic effects is not testosterone, but actually DHT. In the body parti of the testosterone is converted to DHT and actually DHT is related to most of the side effects you notice when you have high testosterone - increased body hair, increased libido, increased aggressiveness, acne.
DHT is also the culprit of male pattern baldness.

DHT is 3 to 5 time stronger androgen than testosterone. Unlike testosterone it can not convert to estrogen, actually it has anti-estrogen effect - it is actually used to cure gynecomastia.
Some guys here have actually used the DHT gel for penis enlargement.

Now I am waiting for my order to arrive and will write about the results.

Do you think tattoos are sexy? A lot of bears seem to think they are, if you have a look at some of the bear-porn actors. I personally think that tattoos look very good on a man. And I like heavily tattooed guys most. Currently I have just one tattoo, but probably will get more.

I have gained about 5kg from the steroid cycle. Not that much, but I believe most of it is lean muscle. Taking Nolvadex during the whole time has prevented the water retention which occurs normally.

Chest Hair - Before and After

This is the before/after comparison of my chest hair. I tried to take the 'after' picture in the same light conditions as the 'before' picture a few months ago, so that the differences can be seen clearly.


Here are my conclusions:

• There is definitely some additional hair growth, so the combination of Rogaine and Testosterone supplements works. In fact seeing the two pictures side by side surprised me, I did not expect to see that much of a difference.
• It does not do miracles - I am still far from the hairy pecs I want.
• It makes sense to continue with the Rogaine after the end of the steroid cycle to see if there is some potential for additional growth.
• It makes sense to try an second cycle, probably around the end of the year to see if the effect is cumulative.
  

Almost Over

Yesterday I had my last Omnadren shot for this cycle. During the last few weeks I have not felt any negative side effects. The sleeplessness is gone and the acne has subsided. My joints are ok. The nuts still look normal :)
In fact I am feeling great now. Too bad that it is over.
I think that now it comes the time to see what I have achieved. I will blog about this in the next few days.
